- Phone calls (inbound and outbound), including calls handled by our AI-powered voice assistant

- Customer relationship management (CRM) records

- Call summaries: Our AI assistant generates a written summary of the conversation, including the topics discussed, any qualifying information you provided, and action items (e.g., scheduled appointments)
- Caller classification: Our system categorizes callers (e.g., buyer, seller, existing client, service provider) to route your inquiry appropriately
2c. Information from Third-Party Sources
We may supplement the information you provide with data from the following third-party sources:
- Property data providers (e.g., RealtyMole): When you provide a property address, we may look up publicly available property records including estimated value, square footage, lot size, year built, tax information, listing status, and comparable sales data
- Lead generation platforms: If you submitted an inquiry through a third-party platform (e.g., a real estate listing website), we may receive your contact information and inquiry details from that platform

4. AI-Powered Voice Assistant Disclosure
Our platform provides AI-powered voice assistants to real estate brokerages for handling inbound and outbound phone calls. These AI assistants are designed to:
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Make outbound calls to respond to website inquiries
- Qualify leads by asking relevant real estate questions
- Schedule appointments with real estate agents
- Provide property information when asked
Important disclosures:
- Our AI assistants will always identify themselves as AI at the beginning of every call. We will never attempt to pass off an AI as a human.
- The AI assistant will inform you that the call may be recorded and will proceed only with your verbal acknowledgment.
- If you prefer to speak with a human, you may request to be connected to a real estate agent at any time during the call.
- Call recordings and AI-generated call summaries are stored securely and are used only for the purposes described in this policy.
5. Text Message (SMS) Communications
We may send you text messages related to your real estate inquiry, including but not limited to:
- Follow-up messages after a phone call
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Responses to your questions or requests
Consent: We will only send you text messages if you have provided consent, either verbally during a phone call with our AI assistant or by submitting your phone number through our website contact form, which includes an SMS consent disclosure.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Typically, you will receive no more than a few messages per month.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will confirm your removal and cease sending further messages.

We do not share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes described in this policy:
- Real estate agents and team members: Your inquiry details, call summaries, and qualifying information are shared with the real estate agent assigned to your area or inquiry so they can serve you effectively
- Service providers and technology platforms: We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including customer relationship management systems, AI voice agent platforms, telephony and SMS services, property data providers, workflow automation tools, and email service providers
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
We require all third-party service providers to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

- Active inquiries and client relationships: For the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter
